About the Opportunity:
Our Marketing team is looking for an organized and detail-oriented (Sr) Event Associate to support the planning and execution of marketing events in Singapore and across the APAC region. This role is focused on event logistics, coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring smooth and impactful brand activations. The ideal candidate has experience in event operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Event Execution & Logistics: Assist in organizing and executing both online and offline events, including industry conferences, meetups, and brand activations.
  • Vendor & Venue Coordination: Communicate with venues, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless event setup and operations.
  • On-site Event Support: Oversee event setup, registration, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth experience for attendees and partners.
  • Marketing Material Preparation: Coordinate the production and distribution of event-related marketing materials, merchandise, and branding assets.
  • Post-event Reporting: Gather feedback, track event success metrics, and assist in post-event analysis to improve future events.
    • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, event marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate with global teams and partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with event tools, CRM platforms, and marketing software is a plus.
