ATS offers a comprehensive suite of products and services ranging from infrastructure and operational services, governance and assurance services as well as managed processes. In a dynamic digital & cyber landscape where trust & collaboration is key, ATS continues to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes through collaboration with GovTech, government agencies and commercial partners to mitigate cyber risks and bolster security postures.

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving successful client engagements across both private and public sectors. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of designing and implementing operationally viable workplans for go-to-market strategies. You will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring project success, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex client engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market workplans, ensuring operational viability and measurable outcomes for both private and public sector clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering to tailor engagement strategies effectively.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, proactively developing and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., sales, product, technical) to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to engagement teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engagement methodologies and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in client engagement and go-to-market strategies.
