The incumbent will contact customers of our bank partner through either outbound, inbound or chat channels to secure and convert customers to sales. Responsibilities Achievement of new client acquisition (sales). Up-sells/cross-sell and potentially win-back/retention calls. Completion of accurate data entry onto front end system. Deliver sales that complies with regulatory, partnership and quality assurance criteria. Maintain a high degree of product knowledge Requirements Diploma / Degree (O or SPM holders with relevant experience will be considered) At least 2 years’ experience in contact centre experience Good Verbal / Written Communication Insurance and Banking Telesales experience in General Insurance and Health Insurance Ability to work under stress and highly productive in sales Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
