90224 | Sales & Distribution | Professional | n.a. | Allianz Singapore | Full-Time | Permanent Entity: Allianz SE Singapore Branch Job Purpose We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Program Lead to drive high-impact partnership initiatives across both regional and local distribution partners. This role is critical in leading the design, execution, and optimization of partnership programs that support business growth, enhance customer reach, and improve distribution efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing insurance distribution through banks, brokers, digital partners, or other affinity channels, with a strong focus on program execution and stakeholder alignment. What you do Partnership Program Development, Governance and Execution Translate business strategy into structure program plans with clear deliverables, timelines and KP Lead the development and implementation of tailored partnership initiatives across regional and local partners, aligned with business goals and partner needs. Oversee the full program lifecycle from concept and approval to launch, performance tracking and post-mortem reviews Manage end-to-end execution of partner programs including onboarding, training, sales enablement, co-marketing campaigns, digital integration, and service improvement. Align local partnership strategies with regional goals, ensuring consistent execution, knowledge sharing, and governance across markets Monitor initiative performance, track KPIs, and deliver regular reporting to internal stakeholders; recommend enhancements to improve results Anticipate and mitigate program risks, ensuing smooth delivery Deploy sales enablers ( training, sales tool, digital ) tailored to bank channel Recommend intervention to drive insurance productivity and product mix optimisation Partnership Governance, Engagement and cross functional collaboration Partnership Governance including business case approval and tracking Ensure all initiatives adhere to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management standards. Serve as the primary program interface with key stakeholders across both the insurer and bank ( Product, distribution, marketing, operations) for both regional and local partners, ensuring effective collaboration and long-term relationship management Facilitate alignment on priorities through structured governance ( JBP meeting and performance reviews) Proactive identify opportunities to strengthen the partnership and deepen penetration What you bring Bachelor’s degree 6–10 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or related industries with a strong focus on partnership/channel distribution Demonstrated success in leading multi-market partnership initiatives or channel development programs Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen and results orientation AI-skills e.g. ChatGPT or CoPilot an advantage What we offer We are certified as one of The World’s Best Places to Work & Great Place to Work in Singapore.
