How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Ensure all finished products strictly comply with customer contract requirements and quality specifications.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation, including flow charts, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
- Operate and monitor the control board to maintain stable plant processes and optimal performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of and full compliance with plant safety rules, regulations, and company safety policies.
Are you a MATCH?
- Diploma in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require climbing and manual effort.
Fluency in written and verbal communication in English.
