Job Description:
  • Develop detailed designs for drainage systems, water pipelines, and sewerage networks.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical assessments.
  • Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
  • Supervise and manage construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to contractors and project teams.
  • Incorporate sustainable practices and innovative solutions into project designs.
  • Evaluate and recommend materials and technologies to improve efficiency and durability.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide regular progress updates and address any technical challenges.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Must be a Professional Engineer (PE) registered with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB). 
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in drainage, water pipeline, and sewerage works.
  • Proven track record of managing infrastructure projects from design to completion
