Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, leave balances, and performance management documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capability and engagement.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
