What you'll be doing: Stay informed about current product lines and outlet promotions to assist customers in finding the best deals and styles. Maintain your assigned area by keeping shelves stocked, organised, and neat, ensuring products are easy to locate. Deliver a welcoming and efficient shopping experience by being approachable, helpful, and solution oriented. Communicate effectively with team members and assist with stock replenishment and transfers to keep inventory flowing smoothly. Represent the brand with professionalism and a friendly attitude, creating a positive impression for every customer. What you'll need: Previous experience in retail or sales, especially in apparel, fashion, footwear, or FMCG, is advantageous. A Secondary Certificate or qualification in Retail Management is advantageous. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
