Back of House Specialist (Retail)

Thinking of switching things up? Come join our Retail team! What you'll be doing: Help keep the store running like clockwork behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to for making sure stock is where it should be, deliveries get processed fast, and everything's neat, tidy, and safe. You’ll also: Plan and organise stocktakes bi-yearly to keep things accurate and avoid shrinkage. Know what's selling (and what's not), and help plan the stockroom around that. Keep the back-of-house clean, organised, and safe at all times. Lead stockroom processes -- fast, accurate, with stock protection in mind. Handle inventory movements between stores and warehouse accurately and on time. Make sure stockroom supplies are topped up and the area's always ready to work. Get deliveries processed quickly and keep the shop floor fully stocked. What you'll need: Experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or FMCG would be advantageous.
