Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a UI/UX Designer
This is a 1 year contract role (renewable).

What will you do?
- User Research: Conduct interviews, observations, and usability testing to uncover pain points and user insights.
- UX Design: Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- UI Design: Craft intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead design thinking sessions, problem-framing workshops, and ideation activities with public officers.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers, engineers, and officers to define problems, ideate solutions, and iterate rapidly.
- Experiment & Explore: Embrace new technologies, design methods, and tools to continuously improve how we work and what we build.
