Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues in SAP S/4HANA MM & EWM.

• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams for issue resolution, testing, and deployments.

• Manage stakeholders and gather business requirements.

• Drive process improvements and continuous optimization.

• Prepare functional designs and specifications.

• Perform system configuration in MM/EWM.

• Conduct unit and integration testing and support UAT.

• Experience with RFID is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in SAP MM and/or EWM, preferably S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and functional support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP MM/EWM certification is an advantage.
