What will you do?

We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our Financial Services team. If you have a passion for driving transformation in the financial industry, improving client and advisor experiences, and helping organizations operate more efficiently and sustainably - this could be the right opportunity for you.

As part of the team, you’ll work with leading financial institutions to address key challenges and identify growth opportunities. From improving client onboarding and advisory processes to helping firms navigate regulatory change and adopt digital tools, your work will help shape the future of financial services.

  • Support or lead consulting engagements in Corporate Banking, Capital Markets or Wealth Management in strategy & consulting and operations.

  • Work closely with clients to assess current-state operations and identify areas for improvement across front, middle, and back-office functions.

  • Help design and implement operational transformation, digital initiatives, and client experience enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process efficiency, risk reduction, and customer-centric solutions.

  • Keep up with market trends, evolving regulations, and client expectations to deliver relevant insights and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Corporate/Core Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or related financial services roles.

  • Familiarity with business transformation and operational challenges in areas like client lifecycle, investment advisory, product strategy, or compliance.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.

  • A consulting background and industry professionals with transformation or strategy & consulting experience

  • Ability to work in dynamic, client-facing environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
