What we are looking for

Our Strategy & Consulting practice is looking for Fresh Graduate Analysts to join our CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV) team to drive finance transformation strategy and execution for our clients -

• Identify and creatively solve complex problems for finance executives

• Design and re-engineer critical financial processes

• Fundamentally transform the way the finance organization operates

• Collaborate across functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and optimize our client's profit and cash

• Develop finance application roadmaps and strategies that help companies implement digital technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, compliance, and to capture new revenue opportunities

• Explore sources of shareholder value creation

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

• Relevant consulting and/or finance internship experience will be advantageous

• Have CPA license will be advantageous

• Experience and strong understanding of finance operating models and finance business processes

• Understanding of financial accounting fundamentals, such as the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements, and good understanding of typical data sources (such as ERP General Ledgers, organizational data).

• Experience in functional design and implementation of key Finance ERP platforms such as SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Fusion, Workday Financials will be advantageous

• Good communication and facilitation skills

• Effective team management

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
