We are seeking a Business Analyst who can work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into end-to-end, practical technology solutions. The role requires a strong balance of business analysis, technical comprehension, and communication skills.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, workflows, and solution designs.
- Support solution development through data analysis, documentation, and requirement validation.
- Contribute to stakeholder workshops, presentations, and project communications, ensuring clarity and alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Mandatory Competencies
- Possesses foundational knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS Cloud
- Strong Business Analysis & Ownership: Able to independently manage assigned BA tasks, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and piece together fragmented requirements into holistic, well-structured solutions for business problems.
- Clear & Confident Communication: Demonstrates the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for clients and business users, supporting workshops, discussions, and client communications.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka), legacy system migration, client-facing workshops, SDLC knowledge, and strong documentation or problem-decomposition skills will be advantageous but are not mandatory.
