Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage UAT plans, including test schedules, cycles, scenarios, and evidence requirements.
- Prepare UAT prerequisites such as test data setup and registration of rules and sanction lists in Firco tools (FMM, FML, FLV).
- Execute test cases, perform retesting, verify results, and document defects and resolutions.
- Compile UAT results, create evaluation summaries, and provide progress and issue updates to Regional IT PM and Compliance teams.
- Coordinate with regional governance teams and local stakeholders to ensure alignment with Head Office standards.
- Support knowledge transfer by preparing training materials, documentation, and reference guides for the BAU team.
- Conduct training sessions and walkthroughs for new users to ensure smooth transition into operations.
- Assist in project coordination and communication across cross‑functional teams to support implementation activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Firco AML filtering system, particularly Firco Utility Tools.
- Strong UAT experience including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a regional project team.
- Strong documentation skills using PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to track and report project or task progress effectively is a plus.
- Experience conducting training sessions or coaching end‑users, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer is a plus.
- Background in banking or financial institutions, with familiarity in working with Japanese companies or stakeholders is a plus.
