Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a trusted business partner managing security for your assigned area of responsibility. Each day, you will ensure the effectiveness of security, crisis, and emergency response capabilities. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring that the security standards, processes, and procedures are in place to address any relevant potential security threats.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
Managing risk and security threats within your area of responsibility through consistent implementation of company-wide security and resilience programs, policies, and processes.
Driving security management governance that is aligned with both the respective organizational business goals/models and the global security strategy and objectives.
Advising on the response to security-related incidents and potential/actual crisis events within the area of responsibility, in coordination with the lead business and other stakeholders.
Providing expert advice on all security risk mitigation measures and crisis response mechanisms.
Qualifications for the role
Over 8 years of corporate security expertise, with a strong track record of safeguarding organizational assets.
Extensive experience with SAP systems and CTPAT compliance, ensuring adherence to international security standards.
Demonstrated leadership in managing security teams, military knowledge is a plus
Comprehensive knowledge of security documentation management.
Excellent communications skills, fluent in English.
Open to travel as required to support organizational needs.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant course.
